Complete the Rental Application with your company and equipment details. It's designed to be quick and user-friendly, capturing only the essential information we need to get started.
Personal Consultation
Once submitted, a Schwarz representative will review your application and contact you via phone or email to discuss your specific equipment needs and lease terms.
Insurance & Documentation
Provide proof of insurance: Auto Liability (min. $1,000,000), Physical Damage (with VIN, Make & Year), and list Schwarz Truck & Trailer Leasing as additional insured/loss payee.
Secure Your Unit
Once insurance is verified and the initial payment (security deposit + first month's rent) is received, your equipment is cleared for pickup. Our team has everything ready so you get moving immediately.
Payment Policy:
Credit cards are not accepted. Payments must be made viacertified funds only(wire transfer, ACH, or cashier's check).
